Our Leadership

DEBBIE HANCOCK has always had a heart for women and comes to Compassion to Act with years of experience in working with women of all backgrounds. She  is passionate about sharing her faith and life experience with individuals who have suffered trauma and loss, especially victims of human trafficking and exploitation, and seeing them restored to wholeness. Debbie is a Texas native and a mother of 3 children.

KATE STAHLMAN grew up on the mission field which helped instill in her a love to serve and a desire to share her relationship with Christ with those far from Him. She holds a Masters degree in Family Therapy and loves helping to bring restoration and wholeness to victims of human trafficking and exploitation.  Having daughters of her own, Kate longs to share the love of family and connectedness with those who have only experienced hurt and abuse from the people who should have been protectors. Her greatest desire is to see victims of human trafficking and exploitation find fullness of life in Christ and become all He has created them to be.
